I’m Michelle Williams, a 26-year educator, single mother, and lifelong advocate for justice and I am running for State Representative in District 127. I’ve spent my life fighting for children, families, and fairness. When I spoke out against harmful education policies, I faced retaliation but I never backed down. That’s the kind of leadership I’ll bring to Austin.
I’m running to fully fund public schools, expand access to affordable healthcare, and build safer, more resilient infrastructure. I’ve lived the struggles of working families—raising a child with asthma, rebuilding after Hurricane Harvey—and I know the power of community when we come together.
This race isn’t about politics, it’s about people. It’s about building a future where every voice matters, and no one is left behind.
